The Boutique Hotel Albana Real is centrally located in the village of Zermatt and boasts luxury rooms with full amenities.
There are 3 in house restaurantsone can experience an authentic evening meal; Japanese “Fuji of Zermatt” Teppanyaki Grill and Sushi Bar, Exotic Thai “Rua Thai” and French Cuisine L’Entrecôte "Café de Paris" (open in winter only).
In addition, one can enjoy premium spirits, fine wines and delicious cocktails at our stylish Hotel Bar and Lounge with Fireplace.
Our Wellness Spa includes indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and gym.
Zermatt is a Car-Free village. Our electric hotel shuttle is available for arrival and departure transfers, to and from Zermatt train station, between 07.30am – 18.30pm
PLEASE NOTE: we are currently undertaking some renovations in our hotel. Some rooms may have limited access to balcony and Matterhorn view. Our smoking lounge is closed until 01.12.2026 .
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
Please note that the shuttle service is available between 7:00 and 20:00.
Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. There are 2 single sofa beds available in the lounge to accommodate an additional 1 - 2 persons in the suite - supplements may apply. Baby beds are provided free of charge ;
